Backtrace Wine 1.9.9 - xinput1_3 set to builtin

I forced xinput1_3 to builtin in winecfg and it seems to fail on steamclient64
now?
Vanilla Wine 1.9.9 clean 64bit prefix with both gameoverlayrenderer and
gameoverlayrenderer64 disabled.
