The download leads into version 10.

I don't experience the original issue with this version. But the program is
useless in this form, it doesnt give any output while trying to search a word.

winetricks -q ie8 seems to solve this issue but after that The program is
unusable, it's rendered incorrectly. 

wine 1.9.22.
