Thanks. The issue can be reproduced by 

http://www.notation.com/download/Inst_NS_Composer_3_English_Trial.msi

When uninstalling with "wine uninstaller" the UpgradeCode and ProductCode stay.
This msi has no special uninstall path (which is not required).
