I experienced the same bug, with the old version of Wine (which is installed
via the Mint software manager), did not try the upgrade yet. But I can be more
specific on when the problem occurs. During the installation the aplication
tries to set up a virtual COM port driver and that is where it starts going
wrong. This even happens with the most recent version of the CycloAgent
(version 2.1.48.1, installation exe is from March 27th 2017). I'll try to
install the new stable Wine and get the console logging.
