Fresh prefix, used the Austin's download link.

On 1st run I got some popup message about drivers (??). Windows unknown driver? 
I set windows mode into xp after this and relaunch the game and it goes into
somekind of game menu with no issues, exiting the game seems to show the same
popup message.

I have no focus issue. I didnt test virtual desktop.

I can't replicate the focus issue or having to use virtual desktop.

wine 2.1-git.
