Could you test with only these overrides?

>   api-ms-win-crt-math-l1-1-0
>   ucrtbase

As said earlier there is open bug reports for these.

If it doesnt start, just put overrides back. 

Could someone else confirm so we could close this bug. I don't see any need for
this bug report. I have tested the game 2 times from stratch recently.
