The current game version (1.28.5.7680 downloaded from battle.net by the
auto-updater) works quite differently than the version installed from the CD.
The new version doesn't even seem to change the resolution of the display in
fullscreen mode but seems to use software scaling. I'll try to reproduce the
original issue but it involves reinstalling the CD version and disabling the
auto-updater somehow so could take some time.

BTW the cinematics aren't working for me (I installed every gstreamer 32-bit
plugins I found on Ubuntu 17.04 so at least the game doesn't crash when
cinematics would get played): the screen is blank, sound is playing though.
