[Bug 42034] Photoshop: Incorrect/Missing texts with builtin gdiplus

I previously had a wineprefix which had Photoshop CC 2015 installed. I ran the
the program inside that prefix with the latest Wine 2.17 Staging and the
problem existed. 

To inform you, I've set up that prefix ages ago, there have been many Wine
versions between the initial bug report and my latest test. I can't be sure if
the prefix is as clean as I've may stated before. Some configuration may have
been messed up, for example.

That's why I created two other Photostop prefixes, 100% certainly clean this
time. 32-bit one and 64-bit one. Wine 2.17 Staging. I had not described problem
anymore.

In summary:

A) One old Photoshop prefix + Wine 2.17 Staging = problem existed

B) Two new (clean) Photoshop prefixes + Wine 2.17 Staging = problem didn't
exist

So the only difference between A) and B) is the prefix I used, not Wine
version.

And that lead to my conclusion that this bug report is invalid, it was not
caused by the Wine version. 

If you feel otherwise, you can reopen the bug issue. However, in my opinion,
it's still invalid.
