the directory structure looks like this:

bin
 |- Win64
      |- KingdomCome.exe
      |- version
      |- WHGame.dll
 |- W64Shared
      |- amd_ags_x64.dll
      |- anselsdk64.dll
      |- d3dcompiler_46.dll
      |- d3dcompiler_47.dll
      |- fmod64.dll
      |- fmodstudio64.dll
      |- gfesdk.dll
      |- steam_api64.dll
      |- tobii.gameintegration.dll

And when I copy the d3dcompiler dlls from W64Shared into the Win64 directory
where the exe file is, it works without override like you said. But it only
works when I copy it, otherwise it fails.
