[Bug 44272] PlayVig: can't watch video (not playing)

I have a dew times when the video played for a couple of seconds and freezes
after that.
There is also another kind of quests there (without expiration status) -- the
are at the bottom of the list. After clicking on them the video window doesn't
show and whole application hides its window somewhere. So the behavior is much
more strange.
