	Francois Gouget <fgouget at free.fr>
	Add the decVal field to VARIANT.
	Fix the VARIANT C layout, i.e. the union/struct names/nesting.
	Encapsulate all accesses to VARIANT types with the V_VT and V_UNION
	macros.
