	Jason Edmeades <us at the-edmeades.demon.co.uk>
	Add fps debug channel, so we can see how the d3d code is performing and
	their impact of performance changes.
	SetTransform almost rewritten in a much neater way, and in
	coordination with drawprim it significantly reduces the number of
	times that we reload the matrixes.
