	Dimitrie O. Paun <dpaun at rogers.com>
	Add support for multiple releases per build per publisher.
	Keep track of client's execution history, to figure out
	what to instruct the client to execute next.
	Don't use the cookies on the client side at all, use builds ids.
	Cleanups and simplifications.
