	Robert Shearman <rob at codeweavers.com>
	- Make InternetGetConnectedStateExA not crash, by making
	InternetGetConnectedStateExW fill in the buffer correctly.
	- Remove the dumping of strings that will only contain garbage.
	- Document function.
