	Robert Shearman <rob at codeweavers.com>
	- Always query for the correct stub interface, otherwise we will be
	pointing to the completely wrong object when a proxy does a
	queryinterface.
	- Remove assumption that the stub buffer will handle the lifetime of
	the object.
