	Michael Stefaniuc <mstefani at redhat.de>
	- more VarFormat fixes for number formats (exponent, mixed '#' and '0'
	in formats, rounding, etc). Simplify the code.
	- previous VarFormat todo_wine tests pass now + add more tests
