bugzilla: (resend) add a stop sign next to warning about pasting logs or backtraces

Resending this as an attachment.

When some people file bug reports they don't comply with the request
that logs or backtraces not be pasted in the description field.

This patch adds a stop sign to catch peoples attention, which would
hopefully remove the need to tell people off for doing the wrong thing.
