Toolbar background error

I am just compiling up today's Wine; it was certainly there yesterday.  As
far as I can tell it crept in between 20010726 and 20010731 (dates in the
WINE cvs itself).

I will send you a test executable that shows the problem.  Let me know how
it appears on yours.
