Yes , I have seen this also. I am not sure what the problem is or even
where.
Possibilities:
- WM_MOUSELEAVE not always getting generated.
- Toolbar processing of WM_MOUSELEAVE is not 100% correct.
- Something totally else.

I have not seen this, but I haven't looked for it.
