Yes; actually I realize now that my test app uses the CS_PARENTDC
style, which is why I see that. The behavior that you observe is what
happens without CS_PARENTDC; so it's actually more complex that I
thought, we'll need to explicitly test the CS_PARENTDC flag. Sigh...
