Wine and Drivers

Hello, 

I'm wondering if anyone ever attempted to use wine to run Windows
driver, specifically videocard drivers. Or at least to load them. I'm
thinking of using Wine to load windows drivers into Linux, along with
whole DirectX. I  understand that drivers are special s/w, but I guess
they use smaller part of windows api.


Any information/opinions would be appreciated.
