This is realy interesting table. I thought that SourceForge
hosts "open_source" projects __only__ but I see 449 proprietary packages as well.

Their Mission Statement reads:

SourceForge.net's mission is to enrich the Open Source community
by providing a centralized place for Open Source Developers to
control and manage Open Source Software Development.
