This seems to allow ControlSpy (rebar) to draw its children again, but
exposes some other drawing problems. The symptom is that certain areas do
not seem to be invalidated correctly. If the window is overlayed with
another the everything is redrawn correctly. I will attempt to get
documentation later tonight.
