Patch acceptance notification?

If it is committed to CVS, it will be in the next Wine snapshot. This is
automatic and systematic.

The only thing that could 'prevent it' is if a huge bug was found
between the commit and the snapshot release and the patch ended up being
reverted, but that is pretty rare and cannot be forseen.
