Character conversion warnings in netapi32/tests

Here's the output of building the netapi32 tests under MSVC with MSVC headers. I don't get those warnings with Wine's headers.

netapi32_test.exe - 0 error(s), 11 warning(s)

Seems the definition of lstr*W is different, but I couldn't find any differences in header files. Both define lstr*W(LPCWSTR[,LPCWSTR]).
Also, the arguments are really unsigned short * (at least it's what MSDEV tells me when I hoover over them).
