Wine conformance testing on native platforms

I was actually hoping the Francois monitors this reports, and keeps
his nice page (http://fgouget.free.fr/wine/tests-en.shtml) up to date,
which should be exactly what you need, and a lot nicer than looking
at the raw reports.
