About WineLib : there is a lack of API in wine

hi ::)
  I have an appliction of Windows.
  In the appliction i call createRemoteThread ¡¢SetDCPenColor and
setDCBrushcolor£¬but wine don't support those API functions ,if  there has
the related function in wine??
