This is BS. Go read http://www.opensource.org/, in particular:
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/index.html

You obviously don't understand the issues at hand, and you don't seem to
make an effort to do so.

What RMS claims is that the xGPL is not only "Open Source", but a Free
Software lincense.

Anyway, I really don't want to get into this debate. It really is
irrelevant for the present discussion.
