async_private + ReadFile() etc. immediate completion

That's great! If it works, actually noone needs the trace :-)

This means the patch  appears to work with both file and serial IO
which have very different semantics and are the only two file types for
which wine currently supports async IO.

I'll rework the patch ASAP and resubmit it for wine-patches based on the
current CVS.
