I have *finally* gotten around to upgrading our Bugzilla. We are now
running version 2.14.2.

This build seems to solve some long overdue usability complaints. One of
the big differences I noticed is that there is levels of "Resolved" now.

If you notice any issues with the new bugzilla, please submit issues
about it to the "Bugzilla" product.
