Status of Wrc port to mingw

I'm currently trying to port wrc to mingw. Everthing builds fine except
when running 
"bison  -bppy -ppp -d -t ./ppy.y" I get "conflicts:  2 shift/reduce". I
have started 
bug 474 in bugzilla if anyone wants to help with this.
