Running unit tests on Windows

My statement about the headers was a little to off cuff. The wine
project has been very helpful to me with my work on the wine dlls for
Mingw/ReactOS and I don't expect them to do any more for us then for any
other project. The issue of the headers is still something that needs to
be worked out and at the time I and Jason didn't think it received
enough attention. ATM though I am more interested in build the needed
dlls for a win32 subsystem on mingw now that ros can almost self-host. 

Yes I would like to see more wine "developers" interested in the ReactOS
mabey to help us get the windowing going but I don't want to drain
resources away from the wine project.
