Current CVS compile failure

Using the current CVS I get the following errors compiling Cdrom.c. My Linux
version is a pretty stock 2.2.12 (yes it is old). Have we terminated support
for older versions??

I did a search and some of these symbols didn't show up till 2.2.16 or
later.
