notepad and richedit - why?

Actually, we don't need a text processor at all. There are plenty of them
around. We need a simple way of displaying plain text, .rtf and .wri files
for users pressing "View ReadMe now" button. We even don't need a support
for editing that files in full flavour of that word. Saving files in that
formats is not a priority at all.
