EMF bug

Hi,

We've done alot of work on EMF files in the Crossover tree. 
Specifically, if an EMF used SetWindowExtEx and SetViewportExtEx, it was 
busted.

That work will be merged into WineHQ in the near future. Hopefully that 
will solve the problem.
