version conflicts

Hi all,

when using the latest cvs code to install a program called DEROUCK
(seems to be a 16 bit app), I get the following errors:

Now I tried to ignore these, because the program installed and the
unhandled exception happened when "udating system configuration", so I
tried to run the program and got this:
