glibc 2.3.2 and Xilinx Webpack 5.1

I saw one of those

Errors this morning on a RedHat 8.0 (glibc 2.3.2). I killed wine and 
wineserver. But that did not fix it. However, logging out and back into KDE 
did solve it... Weird.
