Winword, StorageImpl_Commit, Crossover and Wine

Hi Uwe,

I have implemented WriteFmtUserTypeStg and ReadFmtUserTypeStg in 
Crossover's Wine... I'm trying to gradually ween us off native DLLs. 
Alexandre should start merging shortly...
