Ah.  I was confused by winecfg both #including "windef.h"
and #defining IDC_STATIC.  What's more, MinGW says it may be
predefined by the resource compiler.  It also seems to
depend on __BORLANDC__.  Fantastic!  Thanks for the info,
anyway.
