problem building tests with msvc6

Hmm.  Might be simpler to do the following:
* remove ntdll from wineruntests
* select "Win32 MSVC Headers" for wineruntests
* select "Win32 Wine Headers" for ntdll
That's less clicking...

What batch script is that?  Is it in cvs?
