Conformance tests status update

I get the crash on XP too.

Note : if I run it with a redirection, I dont have the result from the
first failure (access.c:77: Test failed: NetUserGetInfo: rc=2221) in
the output file.
>  * netapi32/access
>    Fails on NT4:

> then crashes
