The reason I put it in is because wininit.exe has that message under the 
exact same circumstance.

When I say "that message", I actually a less sarcastic one, but 
nevertheless. In any case, the initiating message was already in the 
code, I just forgot the message saying "wer'e done".

Worst case, we'll add an option to turn that silent. I think that's the 
proper place for it.
