wcmd relies on the implementation of CreateProcess to invoke a program, and
as I'm sure we discussed here recently that doesn't handle unix binaries.
The "/c" syntax is supported, to execute one command then exit, but not "-c".
wcmd was written to emulate the functionality of DOS 6, though some later
features have since been added.
