How to build winelib dll from windows codes

Thank you for answering.
So do I need to reinstall WINE? It didn't show any error message when I install it.
BTW, I used Redhat9.0 and WINE-20030618.

I believe that you get that error when wine has not been fully installed.
I have not used winemaker in several months and am not sure of this.
