"No App Selected"

How do I select an App for voting -- I clicked on my favorite programming 
tool "Visual Foxpro" -- but although I see the 3 voting slots on the left, 
each slot is labelled:

         No App Selected

I looked at the HELP screen ( http://appdb.winehq.com/help/?topic=voting ) 
but still do not understand how to select an app for voting.

Specifically, what I did was:

         1)  Logged in as "Foxpro since 1987"

         2)  Navigated to the applications page
         ( http://appdb.winehq.com/votestats.php )

         3)  clicked on the top item:  Visual Foxpro

         4)  The attached page
         ( http://appdb.winehq.com/appview.php?appId=296 )
         is what I see:

I would like to vote for the support of VFP ( Visual Foxpro, especially its 
most current versions 7 and 8 ).
