You'll end up with /opt/wine/bin, /opt/wine/lib, etc? wine won't be in
the path, which is not standard at all and will lead to "I can't use it
after installation"...

Also, why do you force --with-nptl at the beginning? You'll get it
either twice, or once if you don't need it.
