Wine Bug #1435 and Dos_fs.c

Hi Andrew,

I was warned at the time that the return code of this class of functions
had particularly crack-like properties, however a test case on Win98 and
WinXP appeared to show that this was the right code. Clearly however it
caused a regression, as a few days ago I also saw a problem with 16 bit
file open dialogs no longer showing directory lists.

Can you confirm that ChessBase Light is a 16 bit app? The file open
dialog should look like an old win3.1 dialog if so, rather than a 9x/NT4
style dialog.

If there is a downloadable demo of this app this would also be useful.

thanks -mike
