Great, except if MSVC tests are the ones that work and the only ones 
that are
used, there is little incentice to fix mingw.  I think we really have to 
look at mingw
and Wine as part of a greater whole.  *)

Having two winetests.exe or one compound winetests.exe with both sets of 
tests in
it helps not only track down bugs in Wine, but also helps mingw become more
MSVC conformant.

I could easily extend winetests.exe to also include the MSVC compiled 
tests and run
them, for instance, before the mingw compiled ones.
