Conformance tests compile progress with MSVC

I know some of the STATUS_* constants are defined in winnt.h as well,
but I don't have the native headers, and I can't say what is duplicated.

Anyway, if you can get rid of ntstatus.h then get rid of it, and we need
to fix our headers accordingly.
