Microsoft SDK samples

I've tried some of the DX samples that came with the DX7 SDK, and most of them seem to work, though it won't be *exactly* what you'd get in Win, it's close. 

Some of the samples may not work, but then again, I wouldn't trust M$ to write reliable code. :P
